I check this every time I set up a new console. Even if you think it’s linked, it might not be.
Go to account.battle.net and log in. Right now. Don’t wait.
Click your account name in the top right. Then pick “Connections”.
Look under “Connected Accounts”. You need to see PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, or Nintendo Account (with) your exact gamertag next to it.
Not just “linked”. Active. Verified. Showing your tag.
If it’s missing? Yeah. That’s why your progress isn’t syncing.
What If My Console Isn’t Listed?
Launch Hearthstone on your console. Right now.
If no link exists, the game will stop you cold. It’ll show a code and tell you to go to blizzard.com/link on another device.
Type that code in. Log in to Battle.net. Confirm the connection.
